Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Bilingual Packing Line Lead to support one of our production packing lines. This is a hands-on position: you’ll work alongside the team while helping manage quality, productivity, staffing, and daily workflow.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Our packing team includes employees who speak Spanish and employees who speak English. The Line Lead must be able to train new packers, explain work instructions, and communicate with employees and supervisors in both languages.

Responsibilities

Work on the packing line while leading and supporting the team.
Operate the packaging machine and help address minor operating or workflow issues.
Assign employees to work areas and explain their responsibilities in English or Spanish as needed.
Train new packers on packing procedures, quality standards, equipment operation, and safe work practices.
Inspect finished products and packaging, identify defects, and communicate quality concerns or rework needs to a supervisor.
Keep the line organized, supplied, and working toward daily production goals.
Monitor staffing and report attendance or headcount concerns to supervisors.
Escalate larger production, equipment, safety, or quality concerns to management.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and help the team follow company procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate and train employees in both English and Spanish required.
Previous quality control, quality inspection, or product inspection experience required.
Packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required.
Line Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership experience required.
Willing and able to learn and operate the packaging machine.
Comfortable performing packing and production work alongside the team.
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

This position requires working onsite in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Are you able to reliably work this schedule, remain after 3:30 p.m., and work occasional weekends when overtime is required based on production demands?*

The pay for this role is $17-18/hour based on experience - are you comfortable in that pay range?*

This position requires standing and walking for most of the shift, along with frequent bending, reaching, and twisting while working on the production floor. Can you perform these essential job duties?*
