Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for identifying product defects, investigating the root causes of quality issues, and helping implement solutions to improve overall product consistency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products and materials to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Analyze quality issues and determine root causes
• Work closely with production teams to resolve and prevent recurring problems
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
• Recommend and support improvements to quality control processes
• Ensure products meet company and customer standards

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required during busy seasons based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary based on experience (open to discussion)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends in quality issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
