Custom Filters Direct is a growing air filter manufacturer, and we're looking for two Quality Control Specialists to join our team. As we continue to grow, we're seeking dependable individuals who are committed to quality, continuous improvement, and helping us deliver exceptional products to our customers.

In this role, you'll inspect products throughout the manufacturing process, identify quality concerns, and help ensure every product meets our high standards before it reaches our customers.

What You'll Do

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate findings to production
• Verify products meet customer specifications before shipment
• Read and use a tape measure accurately when needed
• Complete quality inspection documentation
• Work closely with Production and Operations to resolve quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or Product Inspection is required 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Comfortable reading and using a tape measure
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

1st Shift
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overtime is based on business needs and may vary throughout the year. This may include staying beyond your scheduled shift and/or working weekends to support production demands.
