Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Air Filter Assemblers to join our production team. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience required. We will provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom air filters according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and handle materials used in filter production
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required during busy seasons based on business needs

• Starting pay discussed during interview process

Qualifications:

• No experience required – willing to train
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good work ethic and reliability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
