Production Worker – Packers & Assemblers

Weekly Pay + $50 Attendance Bonus

Custom Filters Direct is hiring Packers and Filter Assemblers for our growing manufacturing operation in Bloomsburg, PA.

No previous air-filter manufacturing experience is required. We provide hands-on training.

Pay

1st Shift: $14.00 per hour
2nd Shift: $14.50 per hour
$50 Weekly Attendance Bonus when you work your full scheduled hours with no missed time
Weekly pay

The attendance bonus can add up to $2,600 per year for eligible employees who consistently meet attendance requirements.

Available Shifts

1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
$14.00/hour

2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
$14.50/hour, including a $0.50 shift differential

Overtime may be required based on business needs and may include Sundays.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your assigned area, you may work as a Filter Assembler or Packer.

Responsibilities may include:

Assemble residential and commercial HVAC air filters
Place filter media, frames, wire, and other components into position
Inspect products for quality and correct assembly
Verify product sizes, labels, and packaging
Pack, label, stack, and prepare filters for shipment
Operate basic production equipment after training
Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
Assist in other production areas as needed

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced production environment
Must be comfortable standing and remaining on your feet for the scheduled shift
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn different production and packing tasks
Ability to meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for most or all of the scheduled shift
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Frequently bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the production area
Lift and move production materials as needed
Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift
Work in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary by season
Wear required personal protective equipment

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
