Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., plus any required overtime
Custom Filters Direct is growing! We are seeking a mechanically inclined Laminator Operator to operate laminating equipment used in our air filter manufacturing process. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and producing quality products, we’d like to hear from you.
Training & Work Location: Training will take place at 20 Union Lane, Bloomsburg, PA. Once our Berwick facility is up and running, this position will transition to working onsite at 1414 Susquehanna Avenue, Berwick, PA, operating the laminators there. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to both locations.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly pay @ $19.00/hour + $50 weekly attendance bonus for working all scheduled hours

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor laminating equipment to meet production requirements.
- Load and feed materials into the equipment, ensuring proper alignment and consistent operation.
- Adjust machine settings according to work instructions and product specifications.
- Perform machine setups and changeovers for different production runs.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished materials for proper bonding, alignment, and overall quality.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine upkeep; report repair needs to maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, document production information, and keep the work area organized.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude required, including the ability to recognize machine issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Previous manufacturing machine operation experience is preferred; laminating experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and making equipment adjustments.
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials safely.
- Availability for the stated schedule, required overtime, and the eventual transition to Berwick.
