Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available based on business needs and could include weekends)

Position Overview

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the warehouse and production floor, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting overall operational efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts (standard and electric) to move materials safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and minimal damage
Transport materials between storage and production areas
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Utilize warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain accuracy
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work in a physically active role (standing, lifting, operating equipment)
Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable
