Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead / Controls Technician to support our production operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing automated equipment, with a strong focus on PLC-controlled systems. This is a critical position that plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Perform PLC troubleshooting to identify and resolve faults
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient operations

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
• PLC troubleshooting experience required
• Experience with Allen Bradley controls preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or automated environment preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and working with equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
