Custom Filters Direct is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Lead to take ownership of automated equipment and keep production running. If you can diagnose issues quickly and fix them right the first time—we want to talk to you.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary based on experience
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Troubleshooting and repairing automated production equipment in real time
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues
• Working directly with PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience is a strong plus)
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Supporting equipment upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement
• Partnering with production to keep operations running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (required)
• Allen Bradley controls experience is a plus!!
• Solid electrical and mechanical background
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Experience in manufacturing or automated environments
• Someone who takes ownership and works independently

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and working with equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
