Custom Filters Direct is seeking a reliable Inventory Control Associate to take ownership of raw materials, inventory accuracy, and supplying production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay based on experience

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of raw materials—from receiving and verification to supplying materials to production. This position requires hands-on forklift experience and a strong understanding of inventory control processes in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation
• Manage the full cycle of raw materials, including receiving and supplying production
• Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and deliver materials to production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations of raw materials
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper organization and material flow throughout the facility
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous receiving, inventory control, or warehouse experience required*
• Forklift experience required (2+ years preferred)*
• Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift in a production or warehouse setting
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and material flow
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
