Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Quality Inspector for our growing manufacturing operation in Bloomsburg, PA.

In addition to earning $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, employees are eligible for a $50 attendance bonus each week with no missed time — potentially an additional $2,600 per year.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will help make sure products meet company and customer quality requirements before they move through production or are shipped.

Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
Perform visual inspections for defects and quality concerns
Verify finished products meet customer specifications
Accurately read and use a tape measure to check product dimensions
Identify non-conforming or defective products
Communicate quality concerns to Production and Operations
Complete inspection reports and quality documentation
Record inspection results accurately
Assist with investigating recurring quality issues
Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
Help ensure quality standards are consistently followed throughout production
Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Product Inspection, or manufacturing quality experience
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify defects and make sound quality decisions
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
Ability to work overtime when required

Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Overtime may be required based on production needs and may include staying beyond the scheduled shift and/or occasional weekend work.

Pay & Benefits

$17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
