Custom Filters Direct is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as a Truck Loader / Warehouse Associate at our Bloomsburg, PA facility.

This is an entry-level, hands-on warehouse position primarily focused on loading outbound trucks and supporting shipping operations. During slower periods, employees may also be cross-trained to assist in other warehouse or production departments as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour
Weekly Pay on Fridays
After 90 days - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off & 8 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
Stage and organize shipments for daily pickups
Assist with general warehouse organization and material movement
Support shipping operations and production needs as assigned
Cross-train in other departments during slower periods
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Willingness to learn and assist in multiple departments
Comfortable staying active throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

Standing and moving throughout the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
