Custom Filters Direct is looking for a dependable Inventory Control Associate to take ownership of finished goods, shipping accuracy, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of finished goods and ensuring all outgoing orders are correct, organized, and ready to ship on time. This position requires prior experience in shipping or inventory control and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
• Stage, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and meet deadlines
• Track and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organization and efficiency within the shipping area
• Collaborate with production to ensure product availability and accuracy
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous shipping, inventory control, or warehouse experience required
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

Additional Information:
• Forklift experience is not required
