Schedule

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $14.50/hour
(Includes a $0.50/hour shift differential)

Overtime may be available based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll help manufacture custom HVAC air filters in a fast-paced production environment. Depending on production needs, you may work as an Assembler or in other production areas.

Responsibilities

Assemble custom air filters according to work instructions
Perform production assembly of filter components
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Package finished products for shipment
Measure, cut, and handle production materials
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

No manufacturing experience required—we provide paid training
Previous experience as a Production Worker, Assembler, Warehouse Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Factory Worker, General Laborer, or Machine Operator is helpful but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

Stand for the duration of the shift
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to lift and move production materials throughout the day
Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment
