Now Hiring: Production Line Lead

Custom Filters Direct is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Line Lead to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility in Bloomsburg, PA.

This is a hands-on lead position that reports directly to the Production Supervisor and focuses on supporting workflow, productivity, material flow, and day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role is designed to support a designated production line/team — not manage the entire production department.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, help maintain organization and efficiency on the floor, and assist with keeping production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Overtime may be required during busy seasons

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on assigned production line
• Assist the Production Supervisor with workflow, organization, and production support
• Ensure materials are staged, organized, and available for production
• Help maintain productivity, efficiency, and accountability on the floor
• Assist with monitoring attendance, performance, and daily production goals
• Identify and communicate workflow or production issues quickly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support training and communication with team members
• Work alongside employees in a hands-on production environment

Qualifications

• Previous production lead, line lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working on the production floor throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, and material handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
