Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Production Line Lead / Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee material flow, support production teams, and drive performance on the floor.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly Pay
• Starting pay based on experience

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily production activities focused on material flow and efficiency
• Ensure materials are staged and available to meet production demands
• Support and guide team members to meet performance expectations

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be actively involved on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to raw material flow on and off the production floor
• Ensure materials are properly staged, organized, and available
• Hold team members accountable for productivity, performance, and attendance
• Identify and resolve workflow issues quickly to prevent delays
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in assigned areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
• Support training and development of team members
• Enforce safety policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• Ability to lead by example and drive accountability
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English (required)
• Bilingual is a plus

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
