Bilingual Production Line Lead

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a dependable and hands-on Bilingual Production Line Lead to help coordinate employees and daily workflow on an assigned production line.

This position works alongside production employees and reports directly to the Production Supervisor. The Line Lead will help communicate assignments, monitor productivity and filter quality, train employees, maintain organization, and address concerns on the production floor.

The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• May be required to remain after 3:30 p.m. or work occasional weekends based on production demands

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees assigned to a production line
• Communicate assignments and expectations in English and Spanish
• Work alongside employees in a hands-on production environment
• Coordinate workflow and ensure materials are available
• Monitor productivity and help the team meet daily production goals
• Visually inspect filters and monitor product quality on the line
• Identify defective filters and communicate recurring quality concerns
• Train employees on work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor attendance, performance, cleaning, and employee accountability
• Keep the production line and employee workstations clean and organized
• Report staffing, production, quality, or workflow concerns to the Production Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable directing employees and reinforcing workplace expectations
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work alongside the production team throughout the shift
• Available to work the full schedule and required overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a production line lead, team lead, trainer, or supervisor
• Experience training and directing production employees
• Experience monitoring productivity and product quality
• Basic computer or production-tracking experience

Work Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout most of the shift
• Perform repetitive production-related movements, including bending and reaching
• Handle lightweight air filters and production materials
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
